How much have you thought about Mental Health Awareness Month?


For some, this may be a month that gets highlighted in the calendar, for others, it may just pass them by without much thought.


Here at Rapid Tapping, we believe we can all benefit from taking a little bit of time out to prioritise our mental health. We want you, our community, to feel seen and heard and to know that we will be here throughout all of life’s highs and lows.


Maybe you’ve been experiencing bouts of anxiety or stress recently? Perhaps you’ve felt inspired to research more wellness practices to incorporate into your daily routine?


Whether you’re starting from a lower or higher place of energy, you can utilise Rapid Tapping to transform your month (and life!). From May 1st - May 31st, we will be Tapping with Mental Health Awareness Month in mind.

Try Tapping now - start from between your brows, move to your temples, then under your eyes, between your nose and lips, then to your chin. Move your Tapping down to your collarbone and then finally finish by circling your head, Tapping all the way around.


Now choose some positive affirmations to say to yourself. Some of our favourites are:

  • I am capable

  • I believe in myself

  • It is okay to give myself a break

  • I am proud of what I have achieved


We’ve had an overwhelming amount of positive responses from those who have experienced Rapid Tapping. One of our favourites is from Victoria Woodhall who ‘...marks Rapid Tapping as her top wellbeing therapy to help us thrive.’


In a recent study Tapping helped significantly reduce symptoms related to anxiety by up to 90% - now that’s the kind of stats we like to see!
